We endeavour to alleviate poverty and deprivation within older communities and change negative attitudes of older people.  By campaigning and working in partnership with other similar organisations we aim to influence government and local authority policy. Awareness of issues in our region is key. We empower older people through their involvement in a range of projects, through supporting, networking, campaigning etc. This helps to increase knowledge and make people valued and increases levels of self-esteem and self-belief that things can be changed for the better.
